Investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department say a repo man was driving a tow truck. He was trying to repossess a vehicle that had been left parked on the street due to non-payment.

The owner of the car was holding a crowbar and smashed the rear window of the tow truck while the truck driver tried to escape, according to investigators. Sparks were flying from the vehicle as it was dragged for more than 10 minutes through the streets of Compton.
