2 things that get to me about this clip.

First off, isn't Black Ops set in Vietnam? If so, where did the Russians suddenly spring from?

Second, except for a couple of things this looks like it's a mod for MW2.

Tbh i don't even know why they bother releasing single player for these games, it's not as if people buy the series for it, so they might as well just on with designing an MMOFPS, involving Ruskies and Americans trying to control key points in the world.
