Couldn't find the whole scene, but this is a snippet of when they are housesitting for some guy who has hundreds of bottles of wine. He tells them that they can drink as much as they want, but they mustn't touch a certain rack. They get confused and drink a £7000 bottle of red wine that is to be presented to the Pope. So in their drunken state, they attempt to remake it. Black Books is amazing by the way
