Gilles Trehin is an autistic savant artist. Drawing since the age of five, Gilles began developing a series of detailed blueprints for his imaginary city of Urville. The detail is amazing.Take a look at this guy's website, it's all about the city, he's documented everything from population, timeline, culture, even the economy (there's an Urville Stock Exchange). An unbelievable amount of detail.
