Blame, blame, blame...

If you don't see the risk of letting that young kids near a cliff with such poor railing, why should anyone else? You'd expect the parent to be the most sensitive to the possible danger - I'd be absolutely terrified to let my kids near that edge.

Also: I don't see how you can continue filming if something like that happens.
