2012 Election Poll: Ron Paul 41% Barack Obama 42%

I hope he runs in 2012!

I hope he runs too. Hell, I'd love him to be the Republican nominee.

It almost goes without saying that polls for 2012 before the 2010 elections are totally not predictive. The earliest poll I found with a McCain/Obama head to head had McCain up by 8 points over Obama, and it was from 2007, before that it was mostly generic Dem vs. Rep and Hillary vs. Rudy polling, which was obviously based on the faulty premise that those two people would be able to easily win their party's nominations...

Fletchsays...

Two wars (three?), housing bust, record deficits, high unemployment, oil disaster, endless broken campaign promises, and a congressional advantage that the cowardly Democratic Party has largely wasted... and he LEADS Ron Paul in a RASMUSSEN phone poll? On FOX? LOL!
