some of that might be helpful. 'tho Facebook, X and the sludge of right-wing morgues (where truth or thought goes to die)* show some have no pride, shame or gray-matter.
additionally, with all the unauthorized, spook behavior of Leon and ilk - maybe a liability.
would prefer some balance.
the fairness doctrine was put there to give people a different perspective. most people try to be fair. like any debate, no one person is going to win them all. and often efficiently culls the hacks EX: Rush Limbaugh tried a TV show but his audience ran him off the air {check out YouTube} ideas were challenged and died on the vine. Rush's vineyard went dry.
plus, believe people would love to hear something new. get the idea Fox audiences are s t a r v e d for some synaptic activity when the former Sec of Trans got a standing O because of it.
it felt good. and not so damn blah-blah-blah.
plus just getting the spectrum of people talking to each, trying to actually solve something, just might provide us the way back to some sense of sanity.

*yeah. no group has corner the market on bad brains - but the per capita is defiantly skewed toward the far right.

To be fair, aerial shots used to be done in planes and helicopters. With all the exhaust or downdraft and much MUCH louder noise.

Now a giant wasp spooks them for a couple minutes. The drone used here is one of the small ones. Probably no more than 6-8 inches across. The big 6 and 8 fan monstrosities are being used for heavy loads more and more. More commercial/industrial than video.

Precisely why a team of two horses should be used. The horse got too close to the side, and because the cart sticks out further to the sides, it hit the bank and tipped.
A two-horse system wouldn't get as close to the edge and the tires wouldn't have hit the side.

Also, at that speed, it looked like the horse was spooked, and running FROM the cart, which on it's current wheels was rolling too fast and easily.

My father was an anesthesiologist for a while at the Naval hospital in Bethesda, MD. Apparently the spooks and what have you that had surgery there said all sorts of interesting things they probably shouldn't have.

You know if these people are going to go to all the trouble of editing and splicing their little videos together, they really should consider turning town their spookly little sound-track just a little bit.

Anyway, it is quite disturbing to once again see just how different it sounds from what is being reported about him. The press make him sound like a power-crazed looney, yet of all the heads of state, this old spook is just about the only stable, calm, composed and diplomatic entity in the entire discussion. They call him out for an apparent unwillingness to talk, yet there he is, offering one olive branch after another.

Poroshenko is talking about getting ready for total war, yet to the media, and to folks like Abbott and Cameron, everything bad about the situation can be traced back to Putin.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: the way the press and some state officials are pushing for an open conflict with Russia, a century after the start of the First World War, 75 years after the start of the Second World War, sends chills down my spine. It is pure madness on a scale I thought we had overcome by now.

I disagree that the first step is the hardest. It'll get one hell of a lot harder when the Koch's start getting spooked and beginning dumping hundreds of millions into campaigns against it.
