I often like just raw drum solos I just don't think this particular one was that inspired.

It's not real. This is just a play on the So-and-So Shreds series on Youtube. They take an actual performance and re-perform it so it sounds god awful. My favorite is Santana Shreds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BrLEuzVCVQ
