Ricky Gervais, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Louis CK talk
I watched the whole thing (though I'd love to see the whole unedited material) and I'd agree that Gervais as a stand-up doesn't really measure up to these guys. In the context of a chat about comedy it works but he's only there because he's high profile enough. But he's making Hollywood movies now and I wonder how many years of stand-up the other guys had in the bank when Gervais did his first gig. It's interesting that this clip starts with Gervais worrying about the need to have a stand-up identity, a voice and it's arguable that he has never had that.
Personally while I love Louis CK, Bill Burr remains my favourite comic. That guy is absolutely sensational.
And if you watch the whole thing that bit about the Otis Redding song had me in stitches.

Tracey Ullman Breakway (1983)
For some Tracey Ullman trivia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tracey_Ullman
An excerpt from the article on Irma Thomas - since the Ullman article doesn't have it:
"She then began recording on the Minit label, working with songwriter and producer Allen Toussaint on songs including “It’s Raining” and “Ruler of my Heart”, which was later reinterpreted by Otis Redding as "Pain In My Heart". Imperial Records acquired Minit in 1963, and a string of successful releases followed. These included "I Wish Someone Would Care” (her biggest national hit), its B-side "Break-a-Way” (later covered by Tracey Ullman among others), "Anyone Who Knows What Love Is”, and "Time Is on My Side" (a song previously recorded by Kai Winding, and later by the Rolling Stones)."

I had hoped to find a video with Irma Thomas singing this. The one I did find didn't have very good audio.
