Gotta say I agree with Winston here. The only way for Israel to survive as an independent country in the middle east is with a BIG stick.

If French Canadians were lobbing rockets into New England for YEARS.. and the U.S. kept saying, "Stop it now, or we're going to have to do something about this..." and for YEARS nothing was done because the rocketmen were hiding in an old folks home or an orphanage. How many rockets would it take to bomb that building? The people there are obviously not eager to turn in the men with rockets, how would you tell friend from foe?

This is Israel's ONLY choice in dealing with this. It is ugly, it is horrible, and no one enjoys seeing children being killed. But someone please give me a reasonable suggestion on exactly how to stop these people? Eventually, if things get bad enough, anytime a civilian sees someone with a rocket launcher walking up the stairs, that person will know what's about to come down on his home and will beat the crap out of the guy, or report him to someone who will beat the crap out of him... but until you give them a reason to do such a thing, you cannot expect people in Gaza to do what is best for Israel just out of charity. For the longest time there was no downside to letting people lob rockets into Israel... now there is.

CSPAN or PBS are the most objective sources, but I doubt you can get them outside the US. CNN is probably your best bet.

arsenault185: I beg to differ. It might be a common way to refer to French Canadians because they're a linguistic minority but it's wrong. French Canadians never call themselves "French", they don't call the English-speaking majority "English" nor would anyone call Americans "English".
In any case I was pointing this out because I've seen people on the Sift and elsewhere usually assuming that if someone speaks French in a video then he/she's invariably French when he/she could be a Canadian, Swiss, Belgian and so on.
As for ruining your pun, I was aware of this and mentioned the issue in my previous post. :-)

Sorry to be a party pooper and potentially ruin all possible "Horny Frenchman"/"French Horn" references but even though this TV show is French, the artist (Michel Lauzière) is French Canadian.
