That said, my sympathy goes to the wasp. Looking at all the larvae movement of the wasp's nest vs. the hornet's (apparent) empty one, no wonder Queen wasp is forced to attack even if the odd's against her.

This looks staged. Looks so much like the channel's Beekeeper intentional setup the whole box, nests & camera just to get this dueling footage (everything's so clean!). Isn't this animal cruelty?

Biden delivered a long, coherent, topical, devastating for Trump acceptance speech, Trump, again ignored precedent and manners by holding rallies and giving rambling, disjointed speeches at the same time as the Democratic nomination like a two year old screaming for attention at an opera, talking about low flow showers that he says barely drip water, mosquitoes, how he hates sharks, and attacking Joe for moving from his birthplace, accusing the then 10 year old Biden of "Abandoning" Scranton.

Trump at his best never held a candle to Biden at his worst. It's going to be hilarious to watch sleepy Joe wipe the floor with Dumb Donald at the debates, Trump can't edit the footage to his advantage there, and gaff to gaff, Biden comes out looking like an adult, but not Trump. How's he going to spin being made a fool by the guy he says is suffering dementia and rapid mental decline?
Kamala V Mike is gonna be a massacre. It should probably be NC17, she's gonna eviscerate him and send him crying to mother.

BTW, did you throw your Goodyear tires away yet? You know Donny said to boycott them because they won't let his people wear maga hats at work. (They don't allow any politics at work, especially campaign clothing). Better get to it, Trump has cancel cultured them, he's counting on you to destroy that American business.

You may not buy the concept of internalized sexism, racism and homophobia. Doesn't make it any less true. Mental health professionals who have studied the human condition as it exists, rather than how we want it to be, have helped identify the phenomena.

And yeah. I call it "dueling monologues." It is tiresome, isn't it?

That is a very easy way to remove someone's agency and blame wrongthink on something other than a person making a conscious choice that denies a promoted narrative (ie. blaming white, straight men...). It makes them a victim rather than a willful participant and more importantly, it explains away people who don't buy in to the narrative. They aren't sensible people making their own choices and highlighting that the narrative has huge gaping holes in it, they are unwitting dupes.

ps. I didn't say there was no where to go, but too often these sift debates turn in to pointless slanging of the same points over and over. Often beginning with a clinical dissection of a post to find every last bit of wrong in it. I just don't have the enthusiasm for raw combative debate (well, not as much anyway) anymore. It is not a mark of disrespect towards you who I have generally found to be a decent conversationalist, but my days of spending 4-6 hours a night banging out thousands of words on different forums are well and truly behind me.

Does anyone remember the early days of bots in FPS games? I'm not impressed by the bot winning because of those early FPS bots.

Walk round a corner with an old fashioned Quake 1 bot? BAM you're dead as soon as a pixel of your head appears (headshots existed in QTF); you probably won't even see the bot because of your refresh rate.

The learning is incredibly impressive, but as someone said earlier the impressive thing would be filling in as a player in a 5v5, or maybe a team of them. I'd always expect a bot to win a duel of reactions unless they are programmed to miss. The bot makes its decisions and performs them instantly, so if you make better decisions than it, they still must be better enough that you can beat that huge speed advantage.
