the charge probably happened because the woman made a frightened run away from the moose. This is pretty typical animal behaviour so the woman was pretty stupid to do that as she could have got herself or the bloke hurt - when I was young I got scared and ran from a herd of cows, and they all stampeded after me, but if I chased the same cows they all ran away. The same can be seen in that cheetah video, if she runs away they chase her, but if she chases them they run away.

Yes, I suspected they might be on sanctuary but without being sure I decided not to say.

These animals aren't going to be harmed by being habitualised, as they aren't going to be released into the wild again. It's clearly not a wild situation, Cheetahs just don't gather in groups like that naturally. This is in their reserve and these are animals that will benefit from being tamed.

@zor: 1) She is a local. 2) Cheetahs aren't a threat to humans. They are easily tamed and people have been doing so for thousands of years. If anything, her making them "feel safe" will only hasten their extinction.
