Linked Blendtec videos were lame.

2013: The year of the RHNB dropped into shit on You Tube.

They need to drop one of 'em into one of those, "Will It Blend" Blendtec Stealth Commercial Blenders, now....come on Tom Dickson, what are you waiting for?

Screw that, I'm building a giant Blendtec blender and dropping a garbage truck into it.

Can it eat other whirlpools? Blendtec blenders? Or will it blend?

The older videos were way better. They were the inspiration for BlendTec but Blendtec did it better so SSI tries WAY too hard in these new vids.

I swear some of you must be new to the internet.

Fittingly enough, this is the only thing the Blendtec Blender can't blend.

I second the thing about keeping their hands away from it. This sort of thing really needs to be fed mechanically. The risks are just WAY too high here. Safety first, come on!

I'd like to see them DESTROY a BlendTec Blender in one of those.

Why has no one put a Blendtec blender inside a Blendtec blender yet?

I had an hand me down blender that had an accident. I went out and bought a consumer grade piece of junk, and was terribly unimpressed relative to what I had before. I worked my way up the new blender hierarchy until I had a blend-tech, which also sucked.

I came to the conclusion that "good blender" was no longer a product being manufactured, and so I ordered a near cousin of my old osterizer blender, that was in near new conditon on ebay for $30. Since I am clearly willing to pay $400 for a good blender I saved $370, and ended up with a better product.

This lead to my new rule of durable goods acquisition: If it doesn't have microchips in it, buy at pre 1980 version on ebay.

I'm boycotting planned obsolescence.
