Yes, have got the PC version. I'm meaning to download some of the mods, but didn't even install the DLC stuff yet. I was originally going to wait until my Windows 7 got here to install the game, but...well, you know how that goes. So I've just been roaming around the Wastes, knocking over bandits and such. Once I get Windows 7 installed, I'll re-install, restore my saved game, and then probably go mod crazy. I think I had like 30-40 different tweaks running on Oblivion back when I was playing it.
I just wish Bethesda would make a zombie apocalypse game using there engine. Now THAT would be tight.

And indeed VSBM, Fallout is freaking awesome. I highly recommend the wanderer's edition mod and some of Arwen's Tweaks (if nothing else her AI tweak module is WELL worth using. Some of her other tweak modules conflict with Wanderer's edition) if you're playing on PC. Those two mods alone up the immersion greatly and makes the game MUCH more balanced and challenging, but in no way unfair.

The D.O.C. - Whirlwind Pyramid
Parental discrestion is advised when the D.O.C. gets candid
To move like a one-armed bandit
Arrange the tempo when I go solo
The beat and the cut to a rhyme, and it's oh so
Raw, cause you want to jam, then you go "Damn he's good"
And you're right cause I am
And I'm strong, strong enough to reach them
They said they wanna learn, so I'm a teach them
Amplified by a microphone, my point it known
So yo, leave the pad at home
I'm down with the sound so much that I can feel it
If there's a deal to be dealt, then I'll deal it
I'm on a roll, that's word to the father
Chumps want to break, but I tell 'em I don't bother
Char the memory of all who saw the
Last of the concerned, I burn like lava
So in sum you break, you broke it
And I'm smiling, but not joking
Secrets are told, fold but never did
With the knowledge as strong as a whirlwind pyramid
It was mandatory, a righteous editorial
Cause my sport is like part of a memorial
Knowing the whole I was told through a pole
I have the juice to make vinyl gold
Servent at your service, never nervous
Why am I claiming The Great? Cause I deserve this
Title is vital, I receive directly
So I don't have to deal with suckers trying to check
T-R to the A-Y, do they have to be warned? Just try
And I'll start crushing without discussion
Checking the crowd with the rhymes I'm busting
Cool, a quality I have to mention
Gaining with the dope comprehension
I move the corwd, so I make it my bid
Pop the lid, yeah, see a whirlwind pyramid
Hold it, you're a step off the pace, so catch up
And if you're sitting get your black ass up
Dance to the rhythm, let it move your pants
And if you don't dance I assume you can't
And as the crowd, steadily expanding
So move, cause I don't want to see you standing
You're in the way, so hey you gotta step
Left right, I don't give a damn, just jet
As you leave the party in the light you can see body
Everybody, but you're a toasting Maseratti
Cause you don't want to handle the scandal
Physical abuse cause you're as drunk as Tony Randall
And it's a gamble, I mean I've heard you ramble
On and on but you get worn like a sandal
They said "Get raw" and I did then I slid to the back
And hid behind a whirlwind pyramid
Tom Waits Waltzing Matilda live 1977
Wasted and wounded, it ain't what the moon did
I've got what I paid for now
see ya tomorrow, hey Frank, can I borrow
a couple of bucks from you, to go
Waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing
Matilda with me
I'm an innocent victim of a blinded alley
and I'm tired of all these soldiers here
no one speaks English, and everything's broken
and my Stacys are soaking wet
to go waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing Matilda with me
now the dogs are barking
and the taxi cab's parking
a lot they can do for me
I begged you to stab me
you tore my shirt open
and I'm down on my knees tonight
Old Bushmill's I staggered, you buried the dagger in
your silhouette window light to go
waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing
Matilda with me
now I lost my Saint Christopher now that I've kissed her and the one-armed bandit knows, and the maverick Chinamen, and the cold-blooded signs
and the girls down by the strip-tease shows go
waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing Matilda with me
no, I don't want your sympathy, the fugitives say that the streets aren't for dreaming now
manslaughter dragnets and the ghosts that sell memories
they want a piece of the action anyhow go
waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing Matilda with me
and you can ask any sailor, and the keys from the jailor
and the old men in wheelchairs know
that Matilda's the defendant, she killed about a hundred
and she follows wherever you may go
waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing
Matilda with me
and it's a battered old suitcase to a hotel someplace
and a wound that will never heal
no prima donna, the perfume is on
an old shirt that is stained with blood and whiskey
and goodnight to the street sweepers
the night watchman flame keepers
and goodnight to Matilda too

CanadaAmerica!the Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. First Trailer
The first reviews of this that I saw said it was a bit 'meh', and lacked something. I can but hope that they saw an early cut that wasn't finished, or that they're just idiots.
Because I love Gillian (Brazil, 12 Monkeys, Time Bandits... so many brilliant films), and the cast is also brilliant.
Fingers well and truly crossed.
Mayor Wants You to Turn in Your Neighbor for $1000
BF, you have an idealistic view of our justice system. There are many guilty people on the streets, and many innocents on death row.
With gun laws, I don't think the founders' intent was that bandits and brigands should be able to terrorize and hold as virtual hostage law-abiding citizens. That law was to defend against the tyranny of the state. Since the state and society has evolved and grown more complex in the ensuing 200-plus years, we have to use our discretion on where to apply these rights. A mafia collecting a debt or a drug dealer defending his turf, or simply some idiot intimidating people are not defending against the state.
Also, there are certain types of weapons that are not legal. I don't think people should be allowed to walk around with or even own semi-automatic weapons.
Your argument about the private theater is also unrealistic. Your constitutional rights apply in public or private spaces. The restrictions on these rights apply as well. I don't know how any movie theater manager can tell who will yell "fire", beforehand, so he can kick them out preventatively.
But for the sake of argument, let's change "movie theater" to "crowded public space".

I know you shouldn't bother with it if the story and characters are great, but I got so damn turned off by those bad CG animations that I don't think I could watch this without getting angry. =(
Must. Be. More. Tolerant. bangs head against the wall
Typical Hollywood sensibilities. Good Scifi has existed far longer than good CGI. Dr. Who, Metropolis, Tron, Videodrome, The BBC Hitchhiker's Guide, the original Star Wars, Time Bandits, Repo Man, Brazil... dare I throw out cult classic scifi shlep like Krull, Rocky Horror Picture Show, or the ingenius (though not scifi) pre-LotR Peter Jackson flicks? You're killin' me, Smalls.
Joseph Stiglitz explains cause of meltdown
Putting a leash on the financial felons wouldn't hurt.
Locking up the ARM bandits would also be a nice start.
Racoon Willie, the cat whisperer
Nooooo, that guy was EVIL... poor kitty stuffed in a bong.
This guy hasn´t met Croswwords and his knife yet, so that is why he is so mellow with the cute little bandit...
Arctic Monkeys - A View From The Afternoon
Anticipation has a habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there'll be a ruckus yeah, regardless of what's gone before
I want to see all of the things that we've already seen
The lairy girls hung out the window of the limousine
And of course its fancy dress
And they're all looking quite full on
In bunny ears and devil horns in hell
Anticipation has a habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there'll be a ruckus yeah, regardless of what's gone before
I want to see all of the things that we've already seen
I want to see you take the jackpot out the fruit machine
And put it all back in
You've got to understand it you can never beat the bandit, no
And she won't be surprised and she won't be shocked
When she's pressed the star after she's pressed unlock
And there's verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that it says is that you've drank a lot
You should bear that in mind tonight
bear that in mind, yeah you should
bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind
You can pour your heart out but her reasoning will block
Ought you send her after nine o'clock
Anticipation has a habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there’ll be some love
Tonight there'll be a ruckus yeah, regardless of what's gone before
And she won’t be surprised and she won't be shocked
When she’s pressed the star after she's pressed unlock
And there’s verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that it says is that you've drank a lot
You should bear that in mind tonight
bear that in mind, yeah you should
bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind
You can pour your heart out around 3 o clock
When the 2 for 1's undone the writers block.
UK Jewish MP: Israel acting like Nazis in Gaza
Personally, I see no difference between the militants that the Israelis claim to be trying to snuff out, and the Israelis. They are both using violence to beget more violence. And I do have to agree that what the Israelis are doing is VERY much like the Nazis in many, many ways. Propaganda, censorship, senseless killing for political and material gain...In fact, while on that subject, the land that they occupy was taken from the Palestinians without any regard for how they might feel about it. Are we surprised that they aren't happy? If anyone should be pissed off enough to become violent, I don't think it is the Israelis. They've made out literally like bandits. They were given land that didn't belong to them, proceeded to procure more land that didn't belong to them when those who originally owned said land fought back and, to boot, they treat the original inhabitants as if they are subhuman.
They act without humanity, humility, or regard for anyone else or anything else. They don't even respect any of the countries without who's support they'd be wiped off the face of the map. I am still reeling from shock that they had the audacity to bomb three UN sites in Gaza. And are they gonna actually see any charges for war crimes for the use of illegal weapons? I doubt it with the way the world treats them like overindulged children. What they really need is a good smack on the rear to teach them their place in this world, and perhaps a little respect for other human beings.
Personally I am sick to be American when I think about how much money we give them to maintain their unscrupulous military! I say we pull their funding for a while and see how humble that makes them...that is if they aren't obliterated without us funding their military.
