Being against fascism and for the freedom to do what you want with your own body are VERY American sentiments, buddy. Again, no surprise you don’t understand. You believe we should have Christian Shariah law and no freedom of religion or bodily autonomy, and want to Make America Great Again like you think it hasn’t been since women and non whites got to vote.
Wearing an American flag as clothing, or defacing one to make a political statement is 100% AntiAmerican. I know, MAGA loves to do both of those things, so without putting two brain cells together you just insist that’s wrong, despite it being clearly stated in US law. Truth is that’s the least unAmerican thing MAGA has done…but it’s still actually an anti-American crime that carries a one year sentence.
Supporting an abusive civil servant displaying an anti American terroristic gang symbol of division that’s also undeniably a desecration of the American flag on a police uniform is about as unAmerican as it gets. Derp.

moonsammyI can't agree with that. They seem to fly about 20 different flags, plus numerous bastardizations of the US flag. I saw one rioter with one American flag patch with a rifle silhouette over it, and a few inches lower another American flag patch with a different image over it (I can't recall, but remember noting how freely they corrupted the flag). The rioter seen in Pelosi's office laid the American flag he'd been carrying on a damned filing cabinet to get his photo op with his feet up on her desk.
I feel that their disrespect for the flag, and their putting it on an equal footing with "Trump 2020 Stop the Bullshit" flags and other such idiocy means they haven't "captured" it. Actual loyal Americans can still fly it respectfully, it's our symbol and will never be theirs.

Helping A Friend Through Grief
BSRAlmost every day I'll meet with grieving families or a loved one.
In my job, "I see dead people." I also pick up and transport them no matter how they died. I do body removals. A body snatcher if you will.
When I pick up a military veteran, the last thing I do before I leave with a family's loved one, is place the American flag over the covered corpse. This instantly turns their grief into pride.
In some instances, if the loved one isn't a veteran, I'll simply ask what's the one thing about (insert name here) that's made you the proudest?
Sometimes I have to be careful asking that question because the answer can be very time consuming.
This is also one of those jobs where "It's my pleasure" isn't an appropriate reply after they thank you.
