allso we are suposed to belive that we are in some sort of super dangerouse terroist times yet no bombs have gone off and all through history we know the goverment and secret services to be failry incompitent and over streched when it comes to stoping this sort of thing .

so eather the goverment has gotten shit hot at stoping this sort of thing , or which is more likely the case the actualy thret is minimal , it seems all the terroist activity including 911 is generaly done by random Nut jobs and thats as likely to be mental people in the country as people outside of it.

In the end im sure that most people can think of ways you could bring a country to a stand still evan ways that would do no harm to life but would cripple a city finacaily and there is no way to stop this from hapaning.

alchole kills people that are not taking it more so than pot dose , for me this is a bigger issue than the posable helth implicatoins for the indavidual taking it. the amount of traffic deths from alchole is rediculouse and fights and street voilence.

compared to pot where people are actualy more likely to drive safer , and be more agrrable and pacive when under the infulence.

Still serouse issues with people taking pot and as a result bing lasy and not productive , but the same allso accours for people that abuse alchole.

ultimetly under safe moderate useage pot is a far safer drug for the indavidual and the socity around that indavidual.

But hay if pot was legel people would just grow it in there rooms and who can make money out of that ?

allso there are some negatives with smoking anny drug and pot dose have negative afects on some people metaly you cannot ignore thouse facts, evan if it is alot safer than alchole.

the fact is due to lack of goverment research we cannot know for sure all the afects of canabiss , due to the amount of alchole abuse its fairly clear that it damages u hart gives you throught cancer makes u make bad desissoins.

my piont is due to lack of research you cannot tell what specificly canabis dose however from my limited knowlage i would say it is probably safer then alchole more importantly safer to people who have not taken it and for me thats more important. the problem with alchole is that people will make bad desissoins on it be agressive , pot calms people down makes them sleepy. pot may over time on some people have adverse mental afects and we wont know this unless it was exstensively studied all drugs act quite difrently on diferent people for example alchole makes me very ill and not very drunk regardless what quantity i drink.

Im not for any prohibition, it creates FAR more problems than it solves which is to say, as it pertains to the "war on drugs", it has created numerous and solved none

the fact that it has not harmed this guy dosent mean it wouldent harm others , he did say all people studied it didnot harm but then he cept reiterating that he was fine and thats proof its ok.

how dose locking this guy up help ore change anything ? yah its bad people died and yah its bad some girl got messed up. but at the same time the guy who was drunk from what i can gather wasn't a repeat offender how dose locking him up improve the situation at all? the only thing you can relay argue is it survs as an example to other people whoever thats slightly flawed because in this case it seems that the guy was probably drunk when he made the desisoin to get in his car and so was unable to make a decent desicoin.

the solution is to have a mandatory 10 year ban if you are in a car and u fail an alchole test. if you repeat offend then u r pertinently band and face a large time of community service.

the whole idea of locking people up as some kind of punishment to some how get back at people who died is so stupid. only time you should lock a person up is if thay are a danger to society (ie repeat offending wont stop regardless of help ) . all the other people should have to do a combination of jobs and get help geting there lives back on track.

I wonder if this wud be coverd in the same way if it was kids drinking alchole. i dont think u shud giv kids drugs of anny kind. im sure there are manny cultuers where kids smoke drugs equal to ore stronger than weed not that that is a good ore bad thing. it anoys me how the news midea loves to hyp everything instead of having a enlightaning investigatoin.
