Have you noticed the new layout of Wikipedia lately?! A fund rasing effort has been underway and I'm completely behind the idea of supporting this effort, but do you think this layout leaves something to be desired? Or is it COMEDY GOLD!

Nightcall (Blog Post)

The song "Nightcall" from the soundtrack of "Drive" was a stand out, I thought about cutting some of my own night time L.A. shots with it... I got the bug to edit last night so here is my first draft.

I had just gotten my new camera and wanted to cut together something...

Once I got the footage home it looked rather stalkerish but with this warm glow of incandescence. So I cut it together then looked for music to fit my cut, a track from Coldplay was a perfect fit time wise and also the "loving you always" line kept it creepy stalkerific! Thanks to my buddy Zena for being my subject!

 

What have YOU been doing?! (Blog Post)

I've been doing more and more photography, including volunteering my photo taking at one of the best non profit revival houses in the US, Cinefamily in Los Angeles. I took these shots last month during a month long series called "That Guy!" featuring character actors you know, but most likely can't name. We were thrilled to get 4 great actors to participate in the series, Tom Noonan, Bruce Dern, M. Emmet Walsh and Udo Kier. Each evening would feature a notable film from their body of work plus a Q&A with the actors. Here are some of the shots I got during the series Q&As:
