Apparently the shutdown of Cyber Ninjas was a long term plan by CEO Doug Logan, known because he texted his plan to Republican president of the Senate in Arizona Karen Fann, as his way to escape 1) the toxic reputation his fiasco of a company has earned 2) the court order to turn over all records (he’s now claiming he doesn’t understand what “all records related to the 2020 election audit” means) 3) the millions in fines and debts he’s racked up 4)personal bankruptcy and now 5) death threats from Trumpists irate he didn’t say Trump won.
He’s dumb enough to think he can close shop, never comply with the courts, then just reopen under a new name, quietly rehire the same people, and move to another county/state to try this scheme again….and dumb enough to text all of that plan to a government phone, making it public record.

Historic Unemployment levels are way down. Historically negative GDP now up. My portfolio went up >25% in 6 months, under Trump it went down over 10% in 4 years. I have a diverse portfolio. Why bring a case you might lose? Because cases are supposed to be heard on their merits, not based on political affiliation you ignorant cow. Uh oh….the FEC, the election regulatory agency that Trump intentionally under staffed to the point that it couldn’t start an investigation much less conduct one has now been ordered to investigate the Trump campaign and the NRA that used shell companies to give Trump $25 million in 2016, a massive campaign donation limit violation, and used those shell companies to coordinate with the Trump campaign (and many other Republicans). Apparently this case was submitted to them years ago, but they didn’t have the legally required number of appointees to operate, and the few they had were Trump appointees not interested in investigating any charges against Republicans with a backlog of over 450 cases…so the FEC did nothing. Now they have been ordered by a judge to start the investigation in 30 days. Not going to go well for your people, they all played fast and loose under Trump, and there’s a new sheriff in town now.

Derp….this is the Republican led Arizona state senate, not DC. It’s not a choice, he was subpoenaed. It’s a jailable offense to ignore a subpoena. Since the election wasn’t fraudulent or “false”, not certifying the legitimate results would be a crime. That is the crime Trump is soliciting….again. Asking an election official to “find him” thousands of votes, especially as president but even as a private citizen, is a crime….a felony if reports are correct.

Years ago, living in my suburb home, my bike was stolen by 2 kids (garage door was open as I was mowing the lawn, but I went inside for the loo for 2 mins), I was lucky and spotted them about 5~6 streets down (took 2 lucky correct turns). They were 2 kids about 8~10 y.o. One White one Asian. Guess which one was the older, pack leader (hold my adult-size bike) and absolutely showing no remorse after getting caught?

Regardless, the kids parents might have a hard life working on weekends at low paying jobs so couldn't spend time with these kids. Who knows? I'm not so quick to judgement without knowing the root causes.

Thing is, I blame society-at-large and not see it as a racial thing. Kids are kids, easy to succumb to such temptation without good parental/peer/mentor guidance.
