It's from the film Kiki's Kiki's Delivery Service. You can get that on DVD.
As to the Concert itself, it was a Studio GHIBLI concert. August 2008. I am not sure if the concert footage is on dvd outside of Japan, I think you may be able to get the concert on dvd from Amazon JP.

I'm glad you're having a great time. That's cool that you got to rap with the lead singer too. Wish I could travel like that and hang out with the beautiful people. Kind of tough to do when you're in prison.

Yeah, it was pretty cool, I got to see ART-SCHOOL live on Friday, and managed to get to talk to the singer after the show, get a signature for my girlfriend (they're her very favorite band) and a pic with the singer. It was a great show. I was down in Tokyo just for Friday and Saturday to hang out with a friend that's there for a semester, so it was a pretty awesome weekend.

I'll try to see this as well, tho (Iron Giant). I remember it got good reviews when it was shown at cinemas here, but never got around to see it myself.

still tryin' to figure out how I reminded you of this....we we're talkin' drag queens I guess....I have never seen this viddy in m'life-Elton and KIKI DEE did it in the 70's...her one hit wonder-Drag queens do the best musical reviews, they look better and some sing better than the stars they do.....now, go and watch a Divine film.....
