Well, I'm not completely oblivious to him. He's the green guy with the ring. That's about what I know. I always thought it was a dumb idea, a fucking lantern, but here it looks very cool. The big bad in this film looks fucking awesome.

I just hope they do Hal Jordan justice. I'm certainly not expecting "Batman Begins" and especially not "The Dark Knight".

/best comic movies ever by a long-shot.

And for those whom might not know, this man died last month. We lost a great artist and possibly one of the most observant figured in comic books today. He will be missed.

/and for what it's worth I think John Stewart, not Hal Jordan, made a better Green Lantern, damnit.

Hal Bidlack, who described the wand as nothing more than an explosives divining rod.

Still, the Iraqi government has purchased more than 1,500 of the devices, known as the ADE 651, at costs from $16,500 to $60,000 each. Nearly every police checkpoint, and many Iraqi military checkpoints, have one of the devices, which are now normally used in place of physical inspections of vehicles.

i love ryan reynolds but after seeing this trailer nathan fillon just seemed more..right.
and now after seeing the trailer of the actual movie i am more convinced than ever that fillon would have been a better choice.
lets hope that they rushed this trailer out and the CGI is nowhere near completion and that they didnt make hal jordan a misogynist goofball.
