Windows Live photo gallery beta just got this face recogition (yeah, late, but I don't like picasa's thing of not altering the original photos... seeing as I share the photo dirs it was annoying to rotate and update photos to see no effect on another machine... WLG takes a copy of the original and puts it away and edits the original in place so you see the effect everywhere, makes more sense to me.)

and looking at the matches on my kids' faces through their ages really can make you a bit teary... you don't notice it happening, but to see the changes in their faces through time, it brings it to the fore just how much they've changed in so short a time.

I relate to you in a hidden way. You showed some pics of yourself here, from back in the 80's, and the way you dressed reminded me of what I was trying to be at the time. Spike haircut.
