Market Garden - Tana Ramsay's Sausage and Lentil Casserole

Gordon Ramsay's lady Tana makes this sausage casserole. This dish is one of my favourites, but usually I cook the sausages for hours in a slow cooker so they melt in your mouth. But this quick version seems like a decent way of making it.
