been out of sift action for a while so I'm only just catching up on what's going on around here. wish I'd been around to back you up on the whole Venezuela TV thing. just been in Brazil and I spent a bit of time researching the situation in Venezuela while I was there.

as an ex-new zealander (recent anti-terrorism raids on my friends have confirmed why I'll never live there again) I long for a democracy where people actually get to have their say, Venezuela being one of the better models I've seen. one can but live in hope.

taken particular interest in your middle-east posts. I like the (generally) well thought out arguments they attract. stark contrast with the childish racial name-calling on the same videos on youtube.
