Ha ha! I should know better than to claim to have seen the dumbest thing ever. Somebody always comes along and invents a better idiot.

Come to think of it, a photo of a clock making a sound shows the right time twice a day too. In fact, it is EXACTLY accurate twice a day--down the micro-pico-pico-second. A clock that keeps perfect pace with time but is one second fast will NEVER be that accurate.

I'll trump that with the following observation. In Vancouver we have a Steam operated clock in our historic disctrict of Gastown (it's not really steam operated, but that's beside the point). The clock is completely inaccurate, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
