I will always know you as Bravo Channel Man. Don't mess with my reality, bud!

In reply to this comment by Deano:
Bravo no more! It's a system channel now though to be honest I don't see what changes. I can still add/remove videos and update the main playlist. I think I would have retained "control" if there were more things you could do as a channel owner.

Hello Isobel,

My name is Shayna and I had a question about one of the videos you uploaded. Where did you find the video about Dr. Lewis Thomas, J.S.Bach and Yehudi Menuhin? I happened upon it and would be incredibly indebted if you could give me some info about it--Bach is one of my favourite composers

My email is flutterby0000@yahoo.com if you want to send me a quick email, which would be great. Thanks so much!

~Shayna

Who's Yehoodi?

Issykitty says...

Ms. Lane Truesdale is on vocals and shimmy in this 1943 "soundie," an early video jukebox format. The title comes from a running joke on radio based on the name of violinist Yehudi Menuhin. This is now in the public domain.
Careful viewers will notice the video is reversed right-to-left, as the original format required a mirror for projection.

No, I'm not. I tend to read it through RSS now and again. I'll join if you say it's worthwhile

NO, I've never seen this site. I spent about 20 min here earlier, I like it thanks Are you a member? If so, are they're more search options available to members?

In reply to this comment by Deano:
Hey Swampgirl, as master of all things Vintage have you heard of a site called Shorpy Vintage Photos? It's at http://www.shorpy.com/ and has the most fascinating archive of old pictures.
