If NY Times has any doubts about the Assange's motives they could have and should have expressed this early rather than after they have benefited from Wikileak's partnership for so long. No one forced them to partner with Wikileaks and they could have passed the baton on to someone else.

Going on about what Assange's "true" and secret motives are is so conspiratorial and pointless. Why waste your time wondering what he's really thinking (world domination or ruins??) or whether he's just a boy who happened to climb a tree that rained shit (this is how you describe information released). You could have doubts like this about anyone - it's the people that hide it the best that would scare me the most. You are never going to know until some solid evidence is provided by ... a whistleblower.

Let's focus on what can be seen and proven to have happened. Wikileaks had the guts to accept classified information and to bring it to the public. This has opened the eyes of many people and opened up a lot of debate. The clip of the innocent iraqis and journalists killed was horrifying but needed to be seen. I will thank Wikileaks even for just this one little clip.

If and when I see Wikileaks/Assange do something against my beliefs then I will stop supporting them.

In this new video being created by our highly skilled graduates; the camera speed will be slightly slower at 1000 FPS @1920x1080 (or higher if intended for use with IMAX or a screen over two meters) with a secondary stream containing a duplicate, but separate feed set proportionately two-centimeters apart from the other feed. Then slightly zoomed out at around a 5.7% overall frame increase in size and a slight 2° shift from the vertical, counter-clockwise. Then combine the two feeds to one feed, except beforehand, polarize the frames (or frame frequencies) 90° from the other (relatively). Hand out polarized glasses--that of course have a film matched to the polarized frequency. Then increase the overall playback time, matching with the framerate speed, to give a new perceived 30 minute length (20 seconds is ridiculous).

Then some 1960's or 1970's music can be added in (the beat of the music must match the wave speed; some "human intercourse" period film pieces may have the required music) to further increase the relation of wave propagation seen in the video demonstration. This is a very typical "male victim" response. Maybe you should read things more carefully. Did I not say many guys online are great? How am I sexist for noting that I get harassed online for being a female? And of course you can make films about whatever you want...so it's just a coincidence that MOST films and games are men rescuing women, and not the opposite? I really don't understand the logic behind your argument. ALSO I didn't say any story with a damsel is sexist...all I was unhappy with was people criticizing this video for pointing out a truth about gaming story lines. I didn't even use the word sexist lol. Look who played that card. Anyways...yes I did say "most guys" only in relation to caring about these issues...because...well I've been alive for a while and that has been my experience. So...if a director wants to specifically tell a story about a young boy rescuing a young girl they have to go "Oh wait, I better not tell this story, it's fucking sexist"? You see this is equally ludicrous, so is the notion that for every "boy saves girl" story, the world needs to make a "girl saves boy" story. When a director wants to tell a story of a female lead, they will do that (e.g. Bayonetta, Samsus, Heavy Rain), the rarity of this occurrence doesn't mean that "damsel in distress" stories are sexist, it means not enough people with a different story to tell aspire to be game directors.
It's also laughable (and sexist) to lump "most guys" in to a generic stereotypical group but thanks, it's great being just a "guy", I feel super equal right now, that must be better than regular equality.
