I don't usually go to the trouble of explaining a downvote, but what the hell.

I didn't find it offensive (everything is fair game in standup comedy). The guy is just not that funny. I've tried to watch it several times, and I never make it past about 3-4 minutes, because I'd rather be doing something else, like watching paint dry.
