If you go to the interactive one, when it zooms in on the time its your current date and time on your pc, pretty slick.

Call me old school but the material is always so weak in most of these socio-ethnic commentary videos, for lack of a better term. They get an HD camera and some troupe and it all looks slick but rarely does anyone have a talent for writing something better than a college freshman could have produced. It usually ends up being a premise in search of a writer.

Not everyone who dislikes ACA also dislikes Obama. I voted for him the first time because I got caught up in his message of change, but then I voted against him the second time because he isn't anything more than every other slick politician.

I don't care about his race and I've never cared about the whole citizen only thing for president. If the best person is from another country, why not vote for them?

Isn't that the same thin, angular "I'm a total douchebag" face that you see on anime good guys too?

Besides look at the poster... we have
-the officer with smarmy slicked back hair (universal sign of someone who tortures small animals)
but then
- impressively moustached man (presumably the leader)
- pensive guy looking to the left
- hot chick with cool scar.

Ignoring Blando McGeneric in the middle there, it's clear that Moustachio and Hot Scar Chick are the heroes here... defending the peace moon from the terrorist scum.

Overall I like the layout. The hidden menus are slick. I'd like to see the voting buttons a smidge more prominent. I had to look around to find them (and did) but that something I was looking for. It should be super duper clear to a new user that this is an iterative site--to help get them engaged. I'd like to see the FAQ more prominent somehow.

And just as was already pointed out, tags? Where did they go? Are they off with the Channels enjoying a picnic? I can see neither.

I know it's short, but I don't feel any more informed than when I came in.

In summary, pesticides are used on strawberry farms to increase production and lower costs. Production and cost have increased so much, that supply exceeded demanded, and thus came marketing campaigns. Some pesticides can sometimes be hazardous to people if used incorrectly. Reference to specific misuses and the associated risks is entirely left out though.

This video just felt weak to me. Basically a slick production value, pesticides are scary video focusing on strawberries. meh.

Ah, the good old years when the cars actually got faster every year.

Interesting to see it on slicks though. These cars in large part are closely engineered around the tires to the point where even switching to a different manufacturer of the same tire specification can totally wreck the handling.

Those don't even look like the same dimensions as the 2001 tires, but that's hard to tell from the video.

I had trouble reading the url at the end. I would like to see studies to ensure me that this font is just as readable as a fully-filled font. I have my doubts. But it IS a slick font and kinda beautiful in single servings...

I don't really think I'm going to do anything with it. My first idea was just that maybe I'd put up a page where I put a video every day. But now I've built what I think is a pretty slick, minimalist interface for viewing playlists that could be cool for sharing a list of videos with others.

Maybe it could even be turned into the default VS playlist player. Hmm...
