These kids play outside no matter how cold it gets
I remember loving the cold snow in PA back in the 80s. Cancel(l)ed school days, snow forts and balls, sleds, etc. As an old fart, I'm cold in my <70F degrees room. LOL!
When Dad is an Engineer
Hm, the video's no longer there..

When you gotta go
Sledding = dog farts fandago.
Testing the ice
I was taught to:
1) drill or chop holes close to shore first to check thickness
2) Carry a long pole/piece of wood (6 feet plus) so that if you fell, you wouldn't go under the ice (the idea of being swept under ice and not getting back to the hole you fell into...)
3) If going to rescue someone, tie off/get a line around yourself, and spread your body weight out by crawling/using a saucer/pan/kid's plastic sled...and offer them a line, pole, or thrown sleeve of a garment, not your hand.
anyway, looks like it was pond--they just lost some dignity.
Nauti-Craft Marine Suspension Technology
Not just throwing rocks, but---what is the practical application of this? As a pleasure craft, maintaining all those extra hydraulics would drive maintenance expenses through the roof from the perspective of a recreational boater.
I'm also concerned about reliability, elevation of center of gravity, response to being sideways in a seaway... the second half with the outrigger "sled' maybe would have application in military stuff? Air/Sea rescue?

Here's Why You Should NEVER Stand Behind a Tablesaw!
...that and maybe use your tools properly (or a different one)?
Fingerboards or rollers work great, especially ones that mount to the fence that you can use to apply pressure from the top to help keep the piece of tipping. A sled/jig would have helped too.
But yeah, I learned the hard way how powerful table saws can be when a piece of 1/8" mdf I was cutting somehow skewed a bit, rode up onto the saw blade and was flung back into my abdomen. It felt like I got hit with a baseball bat and the welt it left was impressive. Never made that mistake again. It was frustrating too because I'm super cautious when it comes to hand placement, etc (push sticks, rollers, fingerboards all get used) - but I didn't really think about a piece of 1/8" mdf turning into a projectile!
Dog eagerly chases chicken ahead while pulling cart 4 owner.
Yeah, I mean the dog seems happy, but it's kind of disturbing. I guess it is because I am not use to 'working dogs' like the ones used to pull dog sleds. To me, my dogs are like my children. I wouldn't use them in this fashion, but it is likely a cultural thing.
Something about this makes me uncomfortable. Although very clever.
Absent-Minded FedEx Guy Drives Truck With Back Open
Because when packages fall off of moose-drawn sled they're not going very fast.
Because they don't have trucks?? Because they don't have human delivery people??

Skateboarding with dogs
I kept wanting to correct him, it may be urban sled dogging but it's still "mush", not "lets go".
Dog Extra Excited To Start A Sled Race
Later, when all the other dogs and the musher had passed out, O'Riley piled them all on the sled and won the race solo.
Dog Extra Excited To Start A Sled Race
I've only been dog sledding once (in Norway), and the dogs were all incredibly excited to run. They were fairly patient until I put them in their harnesses and then they were pulling as hard as they can, despite the brake being on the sled!
They're so cute when they get to stop for a rest as well, and just dive head first in to the nearest snow bank to cool down / drink.

Blah Blah Dog
It seems that sled dogs are just chatty. I saw another vid of one saying "lets go!"
