I don't give a single fuck about mainstream music, but, you really can't find fault in the artist at this point.
Just like automation has made many of us lazy in day to day tasks, I'm sure the benefits of digitization have made most of todays 'pop' artists not care too much about their real-life performances.
Not that this has to be said, hopefully, but: Ultimately 'pop' music is a construct of dozens of individuals, neatly produced, prepped and packaged for an audience with the sole intent of profit. Those that buy into it are far more worthy of ridicule than the artists themselves, even if the artists and all those who support them are guilty of dumbing down what most people consider art.
In the end, if you don't like this kind of shit, post, promote and value your favorite live bands. At least that introduces people to new, greater-quality experiences, whereas this won't change anyone's mind about the music. It just makes fans turn away, and those who already knew better feel good about themselves.

On another note - I think this video is pretty silly. Corporations are making more money due to market forces. Globalization, competing labor costs, automation, etc.

Additionally, I would postulate that the standard of living is better in the USA than in either of those countries.

How are American's benefiting? Well, we have incredibly low prices as Consumers for all sorts of goods.

That said a lot of Americans are being left behind and when I look forward I really wonder what is going to happen with continued automation. How many truck drivers/delivery drivers will we need when trucks can drive themselves? What happens when food prep can be automated? These are just a few examples among many.

Maybe it's good prep for surfing? I dunno. Machine looks sort of dangerous, really---I can imagine a foot getting trapped all sorts of ways and things breaking/be severed.

The 2nd Amendment? It's not a holy relic. The Amendments are subject to interpretation and limitation by Congress. If Congress passes an assault weapons ban, it's not denying you your 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. It's simply defining it, just as the 1st Amendment has been further defined by the legislative and judicial branches of government since it was ratified. The 1st Amendment doesn't give you the right to slander someone, yell fire in a crowded theater, or reveal state secrets, etc., just as the 2nd Amendment doesn't necessarily give you the right to arm yourself with anything you please, wherever you please.
