Maybe if it were bottom projection instead of top, or if the actual surface was of a custom transparent "slate" material, I would be impressed.

Here's some way-overboard estimates:
pool table - $3500
high-end graphics workstation - $4000
high-end (8000 lumen+) projector - $10,000
IR LED array - $100
high speed CCD cameras - $400
mounting hardware/wiring - $2000
full custom software (programming time) - $10,000

so that's $30k, not $200k.

Zephyre, seriously, this is more than just trick shots. I mean just think about it. This is about a mastery of physics and the ability to just innately KNOW it! Think about what must be going through this man's mind as he does it.. How amazing it is to just have a mind that works like that. It's crazy! Imagine what he could do with a pool table. Holy shit. It's annoying enough when someone stands behind the pocket you're shooting for. Now imagine if you could see their feet through the table too. I don't even like white felt because I find it distracting.

I think it's more of a "looking at" kind pool table. It is sort of nice looking though. Not my style though. I'd be more into an art deco pool table like this one: http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/6161873.
