POPTONE - GO
I had the cassette of “Pop” and gave it to my friend when I stumbled upon the cd “Night Music”. Here is a great interview with Daniel Ash that was recently released https://www.mixcloud.com/FrenchSpurs1/retropopic-123-daniel-ash-the-whole-musical-story-from-bauhaus-to-poptone/
I think I played "Tones on Tail" on cassette till the tape broke - great album.

Miles Davis - Tutu
>> ^kulpims:
I think that's Kenny Garrett with a flute, Foley (Joe McCreary) on guitar, David Sanborn on sax...
Methinks you're right. As well as Don Alias on percussion, I believe. If I'm not mistaken, this is taken from David Sanborn's earlier TV show called Night Music. He had a lot of prominent guests on his program, but I didn't know he managed to get Miles himself in there.
