The plot thickens. Frankly, I was wondering how Mel Gibson was allowed not only to participate, but to lead off after the horrible things he's become famous for lately.
Could this be early 2000s, like soon after 9/11 when "Homeland Security" was starting? I don't know of anything that Clinton did that would piss off actors (dems) so much they'd put something like this together. Surely it wasn't just educational?

Hey, some guys know who played 2nd base for the Pirates in 1967 and the like. I know movies. This was made in the mid-to-late 90s.

As the keeper of the livemusic channel, my opinion is this: this video is livemusic related. The livemusic channel is not overrun with this type of stuff, so no big deal. Like when Britney Spears said on stage "My pussy is hanging out!" That is livemusic also. Livemusic is also OK for canned recordings when the artists are seen playing instruments or singing. (Like, Milli Vanilli or acts from the "Michael Douglas show".) So it is sort of a bit like putting horses in the catsAndDogs channel.

Yeah, Falling Down was brilliant, and I don't say that about a lot of films. Also, don't forget some of his other gems: The Game, War of the Roses, Black Rain. Come on!

I doubt he films his bike all the time, its pretty obvious that he saw the guy about to steal his bike and started filming.

BUT - I bet it changes this guys life for the better. A near death experience that will open his eyes eternaly!

This reminded (for some reason) of the movie The Firm where Michael Douglas has to feel like he has hit rock bottom and at the end of his life before he can truely start living...

I love this movie. I think the story line of the retiring cop trying to chase down Michael Douglas' character was pretty weak and ruined what could have been an outstanding film, but I still adore it.

Seeing this now, it sure seems to me like the look of the Noah Bennett character from Heroes is patterned after Michael Douglas here. Same hair, same horn-rimmed glasses with a shirt and tie. Even some of the mannerisms fit.

I recently bought The Game to watch again. That's an unusual thriller that kept me guessing and Michael Douglas is excellent.
