Who is that guy at 1:49? His face constantly comes up in ZP reviews but I've no idea who he is. The name Michael Atkinson comes up a lot but that face doesn't look like this guy:

Michael Atkinson is a Christian Australian politician responsible for Australia being the only Western nation to ban games like Fallout 3 because they're supposedly adult oriented.
