Longest 2 yard run in NFL

Crosswords says...

Well technically in American football the ball must be carried by foot in order to score a point or kicked with a foot to score a point. While the ball may be thrown it must be caught by someone who is standing on their feet. So in that sense football is a reasonable name for us in America to call that sport.

Perhaps we can call football/soccer fútbol instead. It is an extremely popular sport in the Latin American countries, and they have arguably been playing it since the time of Maya. I'm not sure how many English speaking countries that play fútbol call it football, but I'd imagine less than the number of Latin American countries that call it fútbol, population wise as well.

Or perhaps we should call fútbol kickball, since most of the time is spent kicking the ball, seems to make logical sense to me. Now I know what you're saying, HEY CROSSWORDS YOU IDIOT THERE'S ALREADY A KICK BALL! Indeed there is, that could also be renamed to 'game only kids play because anyone over the age of 12 could launch that red rubber ball into synchronous orbit ball'.

That or we could all pull the snooty stick out from our rears, stop the my culture is better than yours posturing, and accept people in America call American football, football, and people in most other English speaking countries call kicking around a black and white ball football.

to model like this you have to have a relay good knowledge of anatomy and z brush takes a while to get used 2 whats cool is if you are more of a traditional artist and use a pen then u will likely grasp the concept of z brush very fast.

allot of people still prefer to do there base model in max/Maya and then use z brush to produce a good normal map ore refine work to produce a more organic looking model. fantastic peace of software and a great model by the artist

I have a Computer Animation degree so I'll help out. What they teach you is VERY limited. You can learn plenty of principals, but animation basically comes down to moving around points, recording their position, and doing it again.

To delve into the VERY complex apps like Maya, or 3DStudio takes a lot of extra time, thats hard to fit into a classroom curiculam.

My guess is he took the points from the notes he took, and was so fed up with his inept teacher he decided to show it off.

I'm fasnicated by this tactic of blostering faith against attacks from reason by making the subject paranoid of imaginary beings who are out to get him/her. I did most of my growing up in India where this tactic was artfully employed under the concept of 'Maya' which suggests that everything we experience is an elaborate illusion meant to keep us trapped in an endless cycle of life and death. As a young adult it was hard to overcome this form of paranoid thinking that was beaten into me as a child and I think it still clouds some of my subconsicious instincts.

One of many reasons why I think there is no Wormwood like creature out to get me is the same reason why I think trees make noise when they fall with no one around: because the universe does not revolve around me or around the human race for that matter. We seem to be predisposed to think otherwise but everything we have learnt about the universe suggests that it is amoral and apathetic to all of existance.

One of my favorite quotes on this subject is from Hunster S. Thompson:
"What Leary took down with him was the central illusion of a whole life-style that he helped to create ... a generation of permanent cripples, failed seekers, who never understood the essential old-mystic fallacy of the Acid Culture: the desperate assumption that somebody — or at least some force — is tending that light at the end of the tunnel."

Maya has had her moments, and she has some soul, unlike the wannabee posers, like Nikki Giovanni.... heard her speak the other day on TV when she came to Virginia Tech after the shootings....pretentious ,ego-induced, claptrap, wholly inappropriate, like when Jesse Jackson decides the nation needs his self-serving opinions and editorials...
here's an excerpt....Thanks Nikki, now, keep yer day job
We are Virginia Tech.

We do not understand this tragedy. We know we did nothing to deserve it, but neither does a child in Africa dying of AIDS, neither do the invisible children walking the night away to avoid being captured by the rogue army, neither does the baby elephant watching his community being devastated for ivory, neither does the Mexican child looking for fresh water, neither does the Appalachian infant killed in the middle of the night in his crib in the home his father built with his own hands being run over by a boulder because the land was destabilized. No one deserves a tragedy.

We are Virginia Tech.
