Plane takes off verticly from under the ocean
that's some low budget editing.
Evil Dead - Trailer
I Love This Movie!... and for other fans I really recommend checking out Bruce Campbell's book 'Confessions of a B movie Actor', there's a whole chapter about the crazy low budget filming of this movie, and it's hilarious!
So, thanks for posting this one, and becoming the new Featured Member on the Horror Show!
Equilibrium - Not Without Incident
People accuse it of being a ripoff of The Matrix, but it really isn't. If anything, it's inspired by Fahrenheit 451 and Brave New World, but with more guns involved. And there's nothing wrong with that. Plenty of movies are inspired by their predecessors and don't turn out half as well. The important thing to realize is that this was a low budget movie, yet the director was able to stretch his budget quite a bit.
Zelda intro on Philips CDi (Worst. Version. Ever)
An excerpt from wiki--
"As a result of the early negotiations between Phillips and Nintendo to develop a joint CD-system, Phillips ended up with the rights to develop games around five Nintendo characters. Among those selected by Phillips were Link and Zelda from the popular Legend of Zelda series. Wand of Gamelon and Link: The Faces of Evil were given the relatively low budgets of $600,000 each and it was decided by the Cambridge-based development team, led by Dale DeSharon, to develop the two games in tandem in order to more efficiently use the budget. On this low budget, each aspect of the two games was handled by the same small group of people. The two most maligned mistakes, the full motion video (FMV) animation and voice acting were also the result of cost-cutting and industry inexperience: The FMV sequences demanded by Phillips were outsourced to the newly opened Russian market, and the results, with their Russian style, were disastrous; the voice actors, selected from local AFTRA actors were completely misdirected and amateurish.[3] As these two areas were considered key benefits to the CD-based technology, their flaws were all the more magnified."
I guess we now know why there is no voice-acting on the Nintendo systems!
eggs & fruit being squished in slow-motion and reverse
"This low-budget video was made by Robert Seidel exclusively within just 2 _ weeks for the planned DVD of Zero 7’s “The Garden”. The director was invited to produce a clip for the track “Futures”, because of his award winning experimental movie _grau.
The video visualizes crushed objects representing a diffuse future of wishes and desires which shape over time. Visible artefacts and the rough synchronisation add subtle emotions to the uncertain process… Side note: Another video for the song was commissioned and got directed by Duckeye, as this one was too uncommercial…"
"World's Finest" - fan-made Superman/Batman trailer
"Impressive", anyway, when compared to other super-low-budget fan films. Fun stuff.
H.R. Pufnstuf
Here is a compilation of intros from several Sid and Marty Krofft shows. The one for "H. R. Pufnstuf" is not as nice as the one above.

Also, here’s a quote from the Wikipedia article concerning Sid and Marty Krofft:
>>The Kroffts' "camp" popularity stems largely from their shows' low-budget production values, the often surrealistic feel of many of the programs, the uniquely "'70s" style of music and design, and many intentional or unintentional references to psychotropic drug use.

Larry and Steve - Early Seth MacFarlane cartoon from Hanna-Barbera
Check out the pilot he did. It is almost identical to Death has a Shadow, except really low-budget animation. And MacFarlane does the voice of Chris.
It is here:

I could not find it on google or youtube. And Ducky is on the list of allowed sites.
