I love The Office and this scene is indeed hilarious. But I'm tired of them bringing characters like Ryan and Toby back. In a real office, people come and go. They haven't been coming up with many new ideas or intriguing characters lately. Now that Pam and Jim have hooked up, their story has been replaced by Angela and Dwight's, which is basically the same (guy loves girl, girl is engaged to other guy).

I love Toby and everything, but couldn't they come up with something/someone new?

Also I am not so sure about "sociopath"... they look like they know they are wrong but they want to look cool on camera (see sentence above). They remind me of four year olds who have chocolote all over their face and when you ask "did you take the cookies?" they say "nooooooooo" with a really innocent face, then they lick their fingers and look a bit awkward.
