Surprised he didn’t talk more about Tolkien. The lord of the rings was basically just an excuse for Tolkien to play with languages.

Also, I love hearing Jason Momoa talk about Dothraki. He clearly enjoyed it and his description (fozzy bear being assaulted by Jabba the Hutt) is brilliant.

I saw the film on Wednesday night. The quality of those characters was appalling. It's terrible, Special Edition CG Jabba all over again.

Of course to crickets watching this is Jabba and his rancor.

Dothraki: like a cross between Jabba the Hutt and Fozzy Bear.

Remember the scene where Jabba ate a frog whole

My favorite has always been the disappearing TIE fighters in Return of the Jedi. You'll need to use a copy of the original movie and not one of the new versions. Right after the Rebels escape Jabba's sail barge, we see a scene of TIE fighters circling the Death Star, welcoming the Emperor. As the scene starts, four TIE fighters appear from around the camera and fly down to the lower left. Keep your eye on them and *blink*, they disappear right before the scene changes.

Care to specify? The animation of the Rancor, and the music of Jabba's house band? Or something else?

So disappointed when the movies progress to Jabba's palace and in order to proceed I must listen to that HORRIBLE song and see that HORRIBLE animation. UGH!

They also play keyboards in Jabba's Palace.

A few years ago my son found this older Jabba's Palace set (#4480) at a thrift shop for next to nothing, I see that it's now worth 300 bucks! Keep reaching for the stars!

Dear Lego, Consumer Services.

From the day I saw it on the shelf I've wanted the Star Wars Jabba's Palace Lego set. It looks relay cool and it comes with a Lego Jabba, the only set that does. It is my dream to own this set but my wife says, "Not in this lifetime are we spending $150 on a Lego set." (only she used some colourful metaphors.) My dreams have been crushed. If you can think of a way that I might be able to acquire one of these (perhaps from corporate headquarters), I would be happy to listen to your suggestions.
