Titties are not Pockets
Dad would call that "Over The Shoulder Boulder Holder."
I thought that would be "Bras"?

The worst movie ever?
Why wouldn't it be legal? Wiseau is the creator (and presumably rights holder) of this movie. He posted it to Youtube under his own channel.

Um, I doubt this is legal. *discusss

Vox explains bump stocks
Ok, gotta point out that it is not illegal to own an automatic weapon in the US. Any owned before the ban are grandfathered. I also think certain types of firearm dealer/manufacturer license holders can buy, sell, and make them under certain circumstances. Plenty of people legally own full auto weapons in America, you can rent them at certain ranges (remember the little girl that shot the instructor in the head), and there was even a TV show about a guy who's business was making them that ended just recently.
I think it is illegal to sell them to non license holders in America...but that's a far cry from saying no one can legally have them.
They missed the NRA's contention (that the courts agreed with) about why bump stocks weren't machine guns too. The argument was that since only one bullet comes out of the gun for every trigger pull, it's technically not a machine gun, it's still a semi auto.
The 4 most common signs your relationship is failing
4 signs your house may be on fire:
1) You might find there is the smell of smoke or that you have difficulty breathing or seeing clearly.
2)You might hear crackling. Other sounds to look out for are fire alarms, and/or people yelling "Fire".
3) Feeling hot, perhaps even to the point of pain, even on cold days. If you experience this heat in your house and not elsewhere it may be another sign your house is on fire.
4) A spreading, bright incandescent light in places that you would not normally expect to be luminous .e.g furniture, floors, walls etc.
Am I being unfair?
Besides, everybody knows the real 4 are:
1)You can't agree which way the toilet roll goes on the holder (and/or refuse to use the holder)
2)Snoring
3)Cheat-guilt (Where one has a secret affair, succeeds in keeping it secret, but fails to forgive themselves)
4)Not laughing at my jokes.

Jeff Sessions Tells Prosecutors:Prosecute Drugs More Harshly
The "Sessions memo" rolled back a memo issued by Attorney General Eric Holder in 2013 that encouraged prosecutors to use their discretion when filing criminal charges.
Unfortunately Eric holder memo was for low level and big time criminals.
Unfortunately Sessions memo undo Holder memo.
Sessions memo have been be light on low level criminals and hard on big time crooks.
The Adpocalypse: What it Means
There are a lot of parallels between advertising and copyright. Buy wholeheartedly in to either, and you end up sort of failing to accept the reality of their flaws.
Advertisers think they have a big problem whenever someone circumvents their ads. They panicked when VCRs came around and allowed people to record shows and fast-forward through ads. They panicked when DVRs came out and let people digitally skip through ads. And they are panicking now, with more and more people getting fed up and putting ad-blocking software on their computers or devices.
Copyright holders think they have a big problem when someone tries to circumvent their system, too. They worried about libraries giving people free access to books; but at least a physical book is pretty much limited to one person at a time. They freaked out about cassette tapes being easily copied with a dual cassette deck. They freaked out about people sharing MP3 music over the internet. They freaked out when DVDs came out with CSS protection which was circumvented almost immediately. They continue to freak out by pushing for ever more and more drastic DRM schemes, that are generally circumvented quite rapidly.
The general theme in both advertising and copyright is escalation; a sort of arms race. The problem is that that solution doesn't actually improve things for anyone, in either case. Ads get more and more offensive and annoying, more and more people block/skip them. Copyright gets more and more locked-down, more and more people circumvent it. In both cases, as the "legitimate" side squeezes harder, it ends up making the user experience better for those who circumvent it "illegitimately". See, for example, this good old comic from The Oatmeal:
http://theoatmeal.com/comics/game_of_thrones
The web with adblock software is a massively better experience than the web without it. A pirated 1080p movie or TV show lets you skip the previews/commercials that are often unskippable on a DVD. And on and on.
This arms race doesn't have a good future. Creators and distributors must start wracking their brains to come up with whole new ideas, or at least variants of the old ones, that break that cycle and ensure that "illegitimate" users/viewers don't have a better experience than legitimate ones. I'm sure not holding my breath though.
