He certainly is in denial and self conscience about the eyebrow scar.

Don't remember Robotech.
I remember being a Vulcan. I wanted to be Spock. I started to stand with my hands behind my back. Tried not smile. Learned to lift one eyebrow.
Kids. It was a great time in spite having to learn things the hard way.
I got into racing. I felt the need to follow a sport so I could be a part of something, I guess. I liked football but didn't care to play it. Baseball was too boring for me to follow for any length of time. I decided I would follow NASCAR . That was the ticket for me. Been to Daytona several times out of convenience of location. Been to Texas Motor Speedway twice, Atlanta, Talladega twice, Las Vegas, Dover and Charlotte. Part of why I have hearing loss. I love to drive/travel. I haven't owned a car since '95 but have always managed to get around somehow.
EDIT: in case you were wondering, no, I don't have a southern accent. Not that there is "anything wrong" with that.
I've always had a thing for Japanese culture. They seemed as close to Vulcans as humans were likely to get (when I was little at least), and I respect that immensely. That, and I wanted to be a race car driver when I grew up....still do.
How about Robotech? I watched it daily when it aired.
Right Wing Fakes Pelosi Videos To Make Her Sound Drunk
Unfortunately they don't have to do better than this. Hundreds of thousands of people believed Justin Trudeau wore fake eyebrows because they couldn't comprehend lighting and shadows. This sort of shit will work because there are tens of millions of Americans with below average intelligence who are either unwilling or incapable of questioning it.
Frida Kahlo: The woman behind the legend - Iseult Gillespie
My wife has a Frida self portrait hanging in her room. Those eyebrows!

Are those butt cheeks between his eyebrows @ 2:04?
Do you want an explosion?
I remember when we used to dump boxes of sawdust on the fire out at the lake. Good times. Fewer eyebrows and hair, though.
Eyebrows
If you want an extra laugh - turn on subtitles.
Back when this fad was just starting, I asked my younger cousin, "what happened to your eyebrows?". She was very upset. I didn't get it then, still don't.

NVIDIA Research - AI Reconstructs Photos
As hamsteralliance says, ContentAware uses proximity matching and relative area matching. If you tried to fill in the white space with ContentAware, it'd be full of everything except eyes. They nVidia folks used thousands of images to train the neural net (ie generate the model using training data) which has more discrete sequential or spatial relationships between features (ie. eyes go to either side of the nose, below the eyebrows, level, interpupilary distance etc etc). The neural approach ALWAYS needs training data sets - it doesn't appear to (from reading the paper) any adaptive or learning algorithm outside of the neural framework (so, it's not AI in the sense that it learns from any environmental stimulus and alters its response... that I can see anyway. The paper doesn't get into the minutiae). But I'd still date her, if only she'd have me.
I think one of the key things is that it was filling in the eyes with eyes. It was using completely different color eyes even and it knew where they needed to go. Content Aware only uses what's in the image, so it would just fill in that area with flesh and random bits of hair and mouth. This seems to pull from a neural network database thingymajigger.
