National Archives - Court again Orders Cheney to preserve VP records (Blog Entry by Constitutional_Patriot)

Constitutional_Patriot says...

Oh btw.. speaking of history... The Federal Reserve finally re-activated their Online US Currency Exhibit after pulling it "temporary offline" for a year however, they have severely reduced the size of all the dollar bill images so that you can no longer read in detail what is on the bills anymore.

I assume that the fat cat bankers didn't like people being able to easily see what it really meant to be on the gold standard. The reason I say this is that it was a beautiful site with highly detailed images showing the great artwork and text on the bills. The most profound part of it was being able to see the writings on a silver certificate dollar. Now you cannot read this information because to enlarge it would pixellate the image and look all blurry since they thumbnailed all the images without links to the full size image now.

I would expect some of you to think that they might have done this to save on space. I reject this notion because .jpg images are extremely compact. Only if they were bitmap images would size be an issue.
Just look at this.. this size is rediculous:

It's still a good site but you won't be able to read the currency images well unless you're looking at some of the old Colonial notes.

"Future Currency" (they don't give much detail about this actually...)

This is a little off-topic of this thread so I'll set up a new blog on this soon.

The Mossad are some bad mofos, but this is batshit crazy talk. The dollar bill thing kind of clenched it for me. I wouldn't say this violates the guidelines - it's a religion/politics thing not a racial thing.

It proves that the observatory people are controlled through the magnetic strips in their dollar bills issued from the lizard men in the black helicopters ... that's all I'm saying.

If you don't have a sign posted that says we do not take currency lower than $5.00 then you don't have the right to deny the penny. The same goes for no checks, no visa or mastercard, and no bills higher than $20.00.

:: Sigh ::

Wrong. No business is legally obligated to accept checks or cards.
They ARE, however, legally obligated to accept any form of standard currency. Ever read a dollar bill?
"This note is legal tender for all debts, both public and private."

It's on the $1,$5, $10, $20, and $100 bills. I'm staring at it right now. I'm sure it's on the rest, but I don't have them.

They can request that you not pay in bills higher in 20, but they can't outright deny it.
HOWEVER, they can simply not sell you a product if you're trying to buy it. BUT, for services already rendered or products already consumed, they must take it.

Shit. The house I used to rent - the management office said "You have to pay with a check. We don't take cash." (for security reasons)

Don't think I ever, for one month, paid my rent with anything other than 36 $20 bills.

Wow, thanks! This is the first comment that has been persuasive for me at all. I think you convinced me. Good job. That's difficult to do.

Since there is no standard definition for pornography, I'll simply offer mine:
Pornography is more than just objectification and arousal, but it's also about exploitation. In most porn you see women being controlled by men, being nothing more than sex toys. Women's heads are pushed down onto the genitals so they'll give blowjobs, or men ejaculate onto their faces, butts, or breasts, or they are gangbanged, or they are depicted in subservient roles like maids or secretaries who are really there to please their bosses. So they are the inferiors to males, basically.
Obviously we don't see any exploitation aspect to this video, because firstly there are no men in her act, and secondly Dita is in control. She's not giving lap dances or hustling for dollar bills on a stage. She's doing the entire dance to her own choreography, and we're simply left to watch. Sure, she is arousing, and she's also allowing herself to be objectified, but she's not being exploited in any way. (In fact it is my understanding that Dita Von Teese has been careful to control the copyrights to most of her images, that way she'll make herself wealthy, and not some man.) All three conditions (objectification, arousal, exploitation) need to be met for me to call it porn. Instead I would label this as "erotica," which is a subtle but important distinction.
Just one man's opinion, and I'm not looking to sway anyone to my way of thinking.

Iraq story buried by US networks

NordlichReiter says...

What we need to do is keep out noses out of things that do not involve us only until they absolutely involve us. Like WWII the last righteous war ever fought.

The Japanese saw pearl harbor as a Defensive attack. They view defensive as killing the attacker before he attacks, In WWII we had the right to fight and kick ass.

In Vietnam we were fighting the Chinese by proxy, and we failed. All of the wars after WWII are a waste of life and a waste of ammo.

The Iraq war is just for the dollar, thats all its for.

With a flight suit on
Maybe to him im just a pawn
So he can advance
remember when we used to dance
all i wanna do is dance" - "dirty harry" gorillaz

Er.. I hate to tell you this Quantummushroom, but IraqBodyCount.com is one of the sites whose numbers are actually quoted in the video... did you watch it?
Yeah. That guy's annoying accent pisses over everything. He obviously doesn't know about America's mainstream media being 98% left-wing, similar to the eurotrash they so admire.
And are you suggesting there is a group of citizens of the United States that WANT the US to lose a war?
Yup. They're the same people who want high gas prices so you'll drive less, guns banned so you're dependent on them for protection (not unlike the mafia), control of childrens' minds in politically-correct government-run schools and computerized thermostats so they can control your home's temperature from remote locations.
This collective sees the United States only as an exploitive gang of evil rich people controlling everyone else from their secret hideout in the pyramid on the back of the dollar bill. To them, there's nothing the USA can do right, it's all about some secret or not-so-secret profit motive.
And yes, this collective I'm describing wants the USA to lose wars, since Vietnam. They believe whatever they want to believe and always have; I'm just here to remind them they have the right to their own opinions but not to their own facts, and this "one million" number is questionable at best and a lie at worst.
