"Blind Masseuse" sounds like Cinemax late night movie.

I somehow doubt it. Why would they pay them extra to do that when they'll never show it? Just like soft core porn on Cinemax, it's likely just dry humping/simulation...although anything's possible.

This is on a late night satellite TV pay channel called BSスカパー. BS = Broadcast Satellite; スカパー = Scupper (?).

The show's title is 徳井義実のチャックおろさせて～や, which roughly translates to "Make Tokui Yoshimi's (the host's?) zipper come down!"

It is probably most akin to the soft core porn that airs late night on Cinemax or other pay channels in the U.S. (anyone remember HBO's "Real Sex" series?).

Nothing this raunchy is ever shown on broadcast TV anymore. 20 years ago it was a completely different story though... man that was a great faptastic time to be a teenage boy in Japan!

EDIT: Turns out Scupper is actually an abbrieviation of the channel's orginal title: Sky Perfect. I guess the proper way to write it would be SkyPer.

I remember watching some History Channel thing on the history of Coco-Cola. When they got to the part about the "new improved" Coke 2 recipe and how sales dove as a result, the CEO was explaining that a woman called in and her simple complaint was: "Why... are you taking away my Coco-Cola?" and after some explanation he asked "Well when's the last time you had a coke?" Her reply? "40 years."

Well yeah, there's the whole "violence is okay, sex will melt our children's brains" attitude, which just doesn't make sense. But that's not to mention the fact that this game isn't even close to the porno simulator they make it out to be. There's not even enough nudity there for a late night movie on Cinemax, let alone full-blown porn. It's ridiculous.
