The Worst Worst Cover Ever
Man, I sifted a cover of the Beastie Boys by... Coldplay... the other day, just as a warning. Imagine that fucking band playing 'fight for your right'. I discarded it after a couple of days - I'd made my point.
We Didn't Start The Fire-Billy Joel
This is one of my most hated songs of all time.
Why did Billy Joel say "We didn't start the fire"? Beastie Boys.

Lemmings: A Sadistic Look Back
Hadn't heard the Beastie Boys since the Futurama Episode where Bender was jacking on.
Robert Burns' "To a Mouse" Recited by Dawn Steele in Scots
That's funny, Gwiz.
I should have posted the story behind this poem, I suppose. Burns used to think of poetry while he plowed his fields. His good friend gave an account of how one day they were in the fields together and a mouse fled from the path of the plough. Burns' friend chased it to kill it, but Burns asked him what the poor beastie had ever done to hurt him. Burns was thoughtful and quiet the rest of the day and in the middle of the night he woke his friend, handed him this poem, and asked him what he thought of it ("It" being either the poem or the mouse. I can't remember).

What's the "sea theory"?
I think dear old Butch was refering to life beginning in the sea and evolving into land beasties. Your "sea theory" does fit with his actual interpretation though
