All I see are four, stupid people. That stay-puft marshmallow douche should get his clesterol checked n'maybe take a few anger management blows to the skull.

Justice Has Been Served -This Bad Driver Got Busted

PostalBlowfish says...

If you are consistently slowed by traffic (of any kind, including this kind), there are simple solutions that you can employ by TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF and not being an entitled douche, such as:
- Leaving earlier (ie. managing your time effectively). Seriously, you can't wait 60 seconds?
- Growing the hell up. If time is not the issue, then you might need some anger management.
- Taking a different route.
- Riding a bike. Last time I checked they don't make you stop on a bicycle.

Disagreement with the law does not automatically justify ignoring it. The world does not owe you anything. This is absolutely justice. Someone who drives like that should be encouraged to take the bus - it would teach them to take responsibility for managing their time and attitude while getting their menacing bullshit off the roads.

I don't get it - why the sidewalk? If you want to break the law, just drive past the bus. This reminds me of those dipshits that, to go through a red light, take a right turn, drive over the line, then take another right turn. Like that's any less illegal than just running the right light to begin with.

You can't drive by the bus.
All of the buses now come equipped with Camera's that are armed as soon as the stop sign comes out. So when you drive by the bus it photographs your plates. At the end of each day the police download the information from the camera's and send out tickets.
In the state of NJ I Believe it's an 8 point ticket to do this (which is 1 or 2 points away from basically having your license suspended.)
This person unless she can pay the $500 moving violation is now facing having (upwards of) at least $8,000/yr in insurance. I know this because a family member has 8 or 9 points and at that point nobody will insure you so you have to buy insurance through the state. So hopefully she won't lose her home or apartment or job if she can't afford insurance anymore.
I down-voted this video because there is no justice in it. It's ridiculous that you can't pass this bus when clearly the child is not living on that side of the street (no homes). The fact that you would have to sit at that bus and wait for 5 minutes every morning is ludicrous.

Black Woman Convicted Despite "Stand Your Ground" Law

bareboards2 says...

Here's another opinion....

When I first heard about this case, I thought -- racism and sexism. A woman shoots a gun in the air and is faced with 20 years in prison? Damn.

Then I found out that there were children present. And she pulls out a gun instead of just leaving? Whoa. That isn't cool, I don't care about the stupid Stand Your Ground law.

Third thought -- TWENTY YEARS for shooting a gun into the ceiling? When Zimmerman -- and others like him -- aren't even arrested?

I'm back to racism and sexism. Even if she was wrong to pull out that gun. Twenty years wrong? No way. And even if that jury was 100% black from her neighborhood, that doesn't mean it wasn't racist and sexist and that weird triple standard that women are supposed to be some kind of saintly mother figure that never loses their temper. BS on that.

She is lucky that no one was hurt. She needs anger management classes and some deep counseling. But putting her in jail for TWENTY YEARS?

Racist and sexist.

Don't stop in the outer lane!!

Regardless why they stopped: To have a conversation, engine failure, or to avoid running over a baby - every driver is responsible to maintain their own safe stopping distance.
The asshole crashing through the side seems not have been looking at all let alone following too close to stop safely in wet weather.
I'm amazed anyone thinks it's appropriate to assume the people who stopped were at fault?
Sure, not ideal a place - but within their rights.

In pure legal sense, yes, the guy who ran into them is at fault, the one who runs into the back of the stopped ones is because they should have given enough space to avoid traffic incidents in front of them, indeed. And effectively they hit parked cars.

BUT, not stopping for an insanely STUPID reason in the FAST LANE of a freeway would have made none of this near fatal shit happen. Seriously, some people really need to look at themselves and their anger management.

Cop Flips Out When Told He Can't Search Car Without Warrant

I think they are probably all leaked. I don't think his superiors would want anyone seeing this. I'd have to imagine that for every embarrassing dashcam vid that sees the light of day, there are probably dozens that don't. >> ^bremnet:

Please excuse my naivete, but how does one acquire dashcam videos from the police department for perusal and posting? Is this part of the Freedom of Information Act or ?? (or is this fine officer posting this himself as part of his anger management classes and "Admitting you have a problem is the first step").

This video was uploaded by "WakeUpAndLegalizelt", sounds like some pro-pot organization/site/channel(?). So i guess this driver reported this incident and somebody submitted FOIA request for this video. Or maybe the driver sued the cop and this video was released as part of the trial evidence?

Just goes on to confirm that seemingly every chef on TV has some sort of anger management issue. It'd be different if the food was fresh out of the oven or just finished prepared, but 30 minutes sitting uncovered on a plate.....depends on what it is at that point.
Think it'd be a pretty good idea not to have your crew eating food that might have them shitting down their leg in the middle of shooting.
Even if it's fake......I don't much care for the attitude of a lot of the chefs on TV. Enough so that I don't watch the majority of those shows...it might make good television having high strung people on their shows but not my cup of tea.

if you're worried about getting poisoned from food that's been sitting out for 30 minutes you're probably too big of a wuss to be eating in the first place.

Food that we don't know what it is....if it's dairy based or seafood. You have an hour recommended by the FDA if it's a hot room (90F), considering they would presumably be using bright hot lights that food is half way to being bad at the admitted 30 minutes. Assuming the 30 minute estimation is even accurate. So if keeping my guts at peace makes me too big of a wuss to eat.....I can accept that. Reminds me of people who are on well water that smells like rotten eggs and they wonder why you won't drink it.
