President Reagan Assaulted by Protester
I always wondered why the neocon supporters praised Reagan so much.. he had an almost libertarianesque type of platform when trying to get the nomination for presidential candidate then when got into office did exactly the opposite of what he promised.
He perpetuated illegal trading with enemy countries that we had sanctions on in order to fund illegal wars in 3rd world countries for the CIA, he facilitated Rex-84, he was a tool of the CFR and Trilateral Commission...
He was a complete puppet for them.. this is why he is glorified by them today. It makes you wonder... how many ppl does it take to sell us out to the point that all of our freedoms are taken away..
How many years of slow degradation of our civil liberties?
How many more?
How many puppet presidents does it take?
Sixth Sense - Cole's conversation with his mother in the car
HJO is one of those kids that is ENTIRELY too talented. I always thought that a remake of "Children of the Corn" with him and the girl from the Spielberg/Cruise "War of the Worlds" Dakota Fanning, would be an amazing mind-f___. Takashi Shimizu would have to direct, of course...

That scene where the girl comes into his tent I looked around and saw that I was completely alone. That scared the crap out of me. Stupid creepy little girls.

Gorgon, it didn't come from his ass, it came from a report that made quite a lot of news. True or not... a lot of fucking people have died...for what? Oil if you ask me, but resource wars are nothing new in the world, USA can do what they want as the worlds only super power, I am sure there will be no positive effects from an illegal war in the world. Geneva Convention was drafted by a bunch of old fogies after wars in the 20th century, what do they know?
Nobody has mentioned the refugee crisis either, but I understand most people are fatigued from the war, maybe it will end someday? It's only been near five years now.
Cloverfield (1-18-08) Movie Trailer (not teaser)
though, it could be another war-of-the-worlds-run-for-your-life-and-show-human-emotions-cause-bad-and-unexplained-stuff-happens
Al Gore wins Nobel Peace Prize
I think it is a great choice. Everything is linked, bad environmet, resrouces, poverty, unrest and war. Instead of choosing someone or something that directly e.g. reduces the number of nuclear weapons in the world, they are looking at one of the things that causes wars in the world. Alfred Nobel didnt have the information about the enviroment that we have today, but if he lived today I think he would agree with this.
Penn & Teller - The Bible Myth
meh - to each their own I always say. I found this entertaining to say the least.
But - to be fair killing in the name of religion is the #1 cause of wars in our world's history. All because we think our version of Jeebus (or cow, spaghetti monster, Buddha..) is better then theirs were willing to die for it.
I do believe in something - just not whats written down and been played "telephone" with for 2000 years. Something I'm sure has been lost in the translation.
