It was really, really nice to see dead man's shoes up there. If you haven't seen dead man's shoes before, do yourself a favour and go watch it. It's paddy considine putting in an absolutely terrifying performance - probably one of my favourite acting jobs ever. The film is fucking fantastic.

Interesting and also sad. I saw max 10 people being arrested and while that makes it an official protest I don't think it will rank very high. You know you've arrived when they have to break out the Greyhound paddy wagons.

I didn't rate max and paddy much either. I'll give this a peek and see what I think.

The problem with Peter Kay, is although he's superb at what he does, I don't think his material has much distance.

You get that with a lot of comedians; they get quite popular quite fast, hit their peak and then disappear as people get bored of their act. Like Johnny Vegas.

It wasn't very good. Not a patch on phoenix nights or his standups. Some people will laugh at anything though so maybe you'd like it. I didn't like max and paddy, for example, it had maybe 2 decent moments, but a lot of people liked it.

But even still, we eat lots of dishes that contains with mayo in hot temperature without even realizing it. If your hamburgers have hot-off-the-grill beef paddies and you eat it with mayo, then you've got yourself hot mayo.
