I still find them to be a second rate Tripod.

However... I do like that song, and do I detect some new additions to it? They've been keeping it up to date, which is a nice touch.

One of my top 5 songs from Al, Yoda being the first off the same album. I went to see him in concert in 2001/2002 and couldn't believe it when he started singing this song, as it is more of a B-side. He then closed the show with Yoda. Talk about awesome.

If you ever get a chance to see him live, do it. He probably performed at least 20-25 full songs, and then did one of the polka medleys of about 20-25 of his other songs. He also did countless costume changes, including coming out in the fat suit and performed Fat, the Devo suits for Dare to be Stupid, the Flintstones suits for the Bedrock Anthem, the Jedi costumes for The Saga Begins. Clips from AlTV and The Weird Al Show on the big screen as well.

Phenomenal show.

I usually hate Medleys out of principle, but that's actually a really cool arrangement!

Outside of Cher's wig, I don't see anything bizarre at all. Two of the finest performers of their time, at least one of whom has a reputation for being an incredible chameleon (in his musical styles, not just his appearance). Putting them together for a medley of covers seems like a no-brainer to me.

If you want to talk bizarre, the routine with Bowie and Bing Crosby seemed a much more unusual pairing. And -that- one turned out amazing as well.

The Pogues do a fast instrumental of this in a medley on their "Fall From Grace" CD. I never heard the lyrics, thanks for posting.
