Sonny Boy Williamson I (John Lee Curtis Williamson), was my first inspiration to add blues harmonica to my own battery of musical accomplishment. He was born two years after Aleck MIller, who is referred to as #2....Weird, huh?

They both sound incredibly similar in their styles of both harp-playing and voice.

No relation, Sonny Boy II basically stole Sonny Boy I's name and rode on the first's successful career until he became even more famous.
