Ed Harris saves the world

Seriously though, they're getting Ed Harris for the role. He should be great.

I can't help but listen to that and think of Ed Harris saying "What have I done..?" and then dying. "WHERE'S THE LAST ROCKET?!"

Also, I really enjoyed the 60s uneven bars. I had no idea they used to be close together, and it resulted in some awesome dismounts.

this is clearly an attempt to respond to the devastating book, Game Change, and the film that was based on it (starring Julianne Moore as the "disastah from alaska," Woody Harrelson as the campaign manager, and Ed Harris as a McCaininator: a must-see if only for the true-to-life depictions of what actually happened in the Repub's '08 political run-up for the White House.)

Ed Harris is going to be a better John McCain than John McCain.

And I think I like Woody Harrelson with every movie he's in.

Nice intensity. Reaffirms my respect for Ed Harris.

EDIT: Then again, this isn't much more removed than a mere decade from the Bale freak-out everyone seems to bash.

Nah I don't buy it...it's a crap job at acting it's a crap job at writing and casting. The Scene doesn't make any sense....No ONE in their Right Mind would believe Ed Harris wouldn't stomp the piss outa Alec Baldwin. Ed Harris is the Motha Fuggin' Man.

I just watched Glengary Glen Ross again just now. Everyone in that movie was perfect! Kevin Spacey was great, but I'd have to declare he was the weakest of the main cast. Maybe Alan Arkin was a bit less than him, but that has a lot to do with his role, I think.

Al Pacino, Jack Lemon, Ed Harris and (even that little part they wrote for the film) Alec Baldwin! Wow! The movie is brilliant. It also helps that it's the best Mamet play/screenplay to date.

Really.. people.. As you well know, Ed Harris is NOT the director of "A History Of Violence" it's David Cronenberg (who was sitting directly to Ed's right)

Good movie, however prime example of why actors are lame.

Brilliant movie. Also, if you want a good read, check out Failure Is Not An Option, written by Gene Kranz (played by Ed Harris in the movie).
