Need some help formatting a dual boot
Ok so I sought out Gutsy Gibbon, booted it and ran it from DVD. Awesome stuff! However I'm trying to format a second drive to be bootable on the same SATA channel as my main drive, only with Ubuntu. I was wondering if A) This is possible and I can add the option to boot from either OS when I bootup and B) What formatting option is the best just to run the OS and a couple apps on from the 2nd drive in this SATA array.

Not running Ubuntu, but... The easiest way is to have separate drives for each OS, and just use the computer bios to pick which one to boot with. I currently run XP, Vista and OSX86 Leopard on my machine and use the bios option to select the boot device at start up, simply select the drive that has the OS I want to use and poof. YMMV. good luck.
Just install Windows ME and all problems will be solved.
